A voc-tech type facility near the University, this building was recently gutted for renovation.
The interior was very photogenic with the sodium lamps everywhere.

This is the fun part: out behind the building is a big pile of old planes and helicoptors used for flight training and aircraft mechanics classeses. I was pretty excited to find this, since I was on an "old plane" track and trying to find the helicoptor graveyard out at the airport which Spartacus had told me about from his days in Fairbanks.
Mmm... old planes... The more intact ones were on the ground, but there were stacks of fuselages, wings, engines, and parts on the ground and up on top of some storage containers.
The largest prop plane there, with almost a full set of controls (maybe
for ground school?) If you see this nutcase at the controls it's time to
bail out.

There were two huey helicoptors, one with no rotors or tail section,
and another with all exterior parts but a stripped interior full of trash.
