I doubt if I'll ever explore sewer tunnels, unless I visit Minneapolis
or someplace where they actually lead to something more interesing than
a lot of shit.

According to the maps this is a "chlorination tower". I dont' kow why
the chlorine is added so close to the ocean outfall.
The bunker is apparently some kind of valve control station on the
hill above the tower. Erosion has exposed some wires.
