The main junction of the tunnels in this area is next to the mechanical rooms of the Rasmussen Library
The alphabetical labeling of the tunnels doesn't seem to follow any order.

New Photos from 2002:

Some mech room time exposures and part of the transformer room.

The mechanical rooms that are accesible from the tunnels contain all kinds of nifty transformers, colorful pipes and wires, and an active computer terminal in one area. There's also a small corrugated steam tunnel that runs a short distance to the Brooks building.

All of these photos are of various areas in and around the library mech rooms

These areas were all connected to the library mech rooms, the middle three show a large tunnel leading into the fine arts center, and the last shows the tunnel through the foundation

Fun with air ducts

Several operatives investigate the computer and blueprints
As with all other equipment in the tunnels, this was not messed with.

The corrugated steam tunnel. The inside is coated with tar, which has melted and dripped into black stalactites in places.

A similar tar coated tunnel

Rasmusson Library Roof:

We only got up here briefly and the return trip never happened, so the only photos we have are grainy crap that could have been taken anywhere (sigh). The workers left the roof hatch unlocked recently so I popped up to have a look. My original plan was to jump to the ground from the top of the 5th floor via a series of stairstepping lower floors (none a full storey between them or the ones that are have ladders). This fell through for various reasons. So did that plan to make a giant snow footprint smiley face for the enjoyment of the people in Gruening (an 8 storey building next door).

Looking down through the roof hatch as an explorer climbs up, two blurry views from the top.
